Photo Album: Pouring A New Slab With Smartjacks - Middletown, NY

These homeowners were transforming their old unused space into a living area for a family member that has severe health issues. They are transforming it to give their family member the ability to regain some control over their life, as well as independence. More importantly, they were transforming the space so that they did not have to worry about their family member.  In order for the space to be converted into a livable area, we had to pour a new slab with rebar reinforcements, as well as implement our Smartjacks system in order to stop water from coming up through the floor due to hydrostatic pressure, as well to make the building structurally sound.  Because these systems were implemented and they have been able to move their family member into the new space the entire home, as well the members in it have been able to have a sigh of relief.
