Photo Album: Leveling A Sinking Home With Stabil-Loc Piering System - Salisbury Mills, NY

After completing an interior remodel project in their home these homeowners realized that there was an issue with their home. More specifically that their stove was crooked, and throughout the entirety of their home, they had issues with bouncy and creaking floors. What they didn't realize until they went exploring was that between the right rear wall of their home they had a large crack, which was due to the home settling. Due to the settlement of the home, the cracks were spreading into their home through the sheetrock. As well they noticed that the front right corner of the house had a crack that seemed to be causing the same damage to the front of the home as the crack in the back was doing For us to save their home before it was too late, we excavated around the perimeter of their home and installed 12 Stabil-Loc push pier systems, which spaned from the corner of their porch to the backside of their home past their sliding glass door. Once our systems were in place we then backfilled the excavation area and roughly graded it.  By implementing our piering system we were able to lift, level, stabilize and true their home to the best of our ability. During the lifting process while standing on the deck the homeowner could notice a significant difference almost immediately with the small amount of lifting that we had done before their project was fully completed. They could not have been happier with the outcome of their project, but more importantly, they are so glad that they do not have to worry at night about whether or not their home is going to fall over.
