What A View
When stepping onto the deck our team was treated to a beautiful view.
Uneven Floors
This homes foundation and floors had sunken and shifted so much that in order to determine where level was we had to put our level on a block of duct tape to determine how much we would need to come up when we started lifting their home.
Carpet For Days
Several years prior these homeowners made their crawl space more comfortable for them to crawl around in. This was a treat for us to work in while we installed our Smartjack floor support systems.
Outside In
How things looked from the outside of their deck to the inside of it.
Right Side
How things looked from the right side of their home underneath the deck as we performed our project.

Break Time
During our break to cool down from the excessive heat our team started drilled the attachment holes for the head assemblies for our piers
Pushing Segments To Bedrock On The Right Side
In order for us to install our Stabil-Loc push piers to support, lift, and level this home we had to push our segments down to bedrock.
Pushing Segments To Bedrock In The Center
In order for us to install our Stabil-Loc push piers to support, lift, and level this home we had to push our segments down to bedrock.
Starting To Assemble
After reaching the proper depth we capped off our segments.
Adding The Head Assembly
After capping off our piers we installed our head assembly, which will put upward pressure on the home in order lift, level and stabilize it.

Starting The Center and Left Side
After installing our piers on the right side of the home we transitioned to pushing segments down to bedrock in the center and on the left side of the home
Pushing Segments Down
Once our ram was set properly our team started to push our segments down to bedrock to make way for more Stabil-Loc piers.

Filling The Void Underneath The Footing On The Left Side
Due to making the home level and stabile we created a void underneath the footing. In order for us to make sure that no outside forces would get underneath the footing and affect their foundation we filled the void with PolyLevel.

Due to making the home level and stabile we created a void underneath the footing. In order for us to make sure that no outside forces would get underneath the footing and affect their foundation we filled the void with PolyLevel.
Fully Expanded PolyLevel
How the footing looked after we applied PolyLevel underneath it.
Trimming The Excess Away
Once our PolyLevel had cured to the proper hardness our team started removing the excess in order to give their footing a clean and finished look.
Completed Left Side
After completing our project underneath this home in order to lift, level, and stabilize their home it looks as if we were never even there.

And That's A Wrap
After lifting, leveling, and stabilizing this home with multiple different systems we laid our level on their floor in order to make sure that everything was square. In implementing these systems we were able to remove approximately two inches of sinking over an eight inch span, allow for their doors and windows to open with no issue, make sure their home would not sink ever again and restore peace of mind to them.
