This crawlspace was not sealed off from the rest of the home. The dirt floor allowed for moisture to move through the ground and evaporate into the air, leading to a mold problem. In order to seal the dirt floor off from the home we installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep humidity down and prevent mold from coming back.
