I just needed to take a moment to write about the phenomenal service I received from Basement Systems of New York. While this work had to be done, we clearly needed someone with compassion, yet they had to be very detail oriented, and I can say, without a doubt, they are excellent contractors, but what was really so special was seeing how they went above and beyond to treat us with respect and dignity at all times, as if we were their only customer. Such passion for your work is truly hard to find and a trait you exhibit each and every day, and I can only hope someone will see this review and allow you the same opportunity to work for them.
