What made you choose our company:
Dale was very professional and knowledgeable at initial presentation. I felt that the competition acted like a car salesman. He was speaking fast and throwing out a lot of big words. I felt this to be a distraction. Dale took his time and explained the process without tactics or coercion, he even came out a second time to make sure I understood what exactley will be done prior to work being done. As of now I am very satisfied. Once it starts to rain and I see with my own 2 eyes how this waterproofing system works then I can say I am 100% satisfied. I'm excited to not have to vacuum up water seepage from the corner of my basement everytime it rains. As if 6/29/17 I'm actually looking forward to it raining. Which is something I dreaded seeing in the forecast. In summary the crew was wonderful. The installation process was wonderful. And I hope that the finished product works out wonderful also.
