Bringing A Crawl Space Into The Light - Peekskill, NY

This homeowner's main concerns were that their crawl space needed to be waterproofed, as well that their foundation had issues as they noticed that their floor was slopping. Because of the issues going on in their home we replaced multiple supports in the crawl space with our SmartJacks with pre-cast footings system to bring their home's floor back to true. Next, we closed the thermal envelope of the crawl space by installing CleanSpace on both the floor and walls to keep the dampness and humidity out of both the crawl space and the entirety of their home. Finally, we installed a crack monitor on any and all cracks that were on the foundation to close them up and to keep an eye on them to determine if they would become bigger or stay constant.

Since installing this multi-tiered system their home has become much more comfortable, they have gained a usable and brighter space, finally, they were able to have a home that did not have structural issues that they had to worry about regardless of the activity that they were performing.
