Basement Waterproofing - Cracks near a Basement Window

In this instance, there were cracks in the cement around a basement window. Furthermore, the cement is level with the window well which allows water to directly enter the basement causing flooding. These cracks also served as perfect gateways for water to travel down into the basement and raise the ground water levels.
