Leaky Basement Walls
This photo shows a tight area behind a water tank that is hard to work behind. However; this area must be waterproofed or the system will not work correctly.
Wet Basement Walls
This is another look at an area in the basement that needs to be worked on to waterproof the basement. Notice how the concrete is wet where the foundation wall and the floor meet. Clear signs of water intrusion. It's time to get to work!
Installing our Waterproofing System
This is a photograph of the process we take when installing our waterproofing system. The concrete slab needs to be taken out and then trenches are dug around the perimeter of the basement. Blue Stone and perforated pipe are put into the trenches.
Perimeter Drainage System
Our team digs out the earth until they go deep enough to install the gravel and perforated piping.
Wet Basement Repair
This photo shows this basement corner filled with gravel and perforated piping. It so happens that this corner will also be home to the patented TripleSafe Sump Basin.
Concreted Section
Of course after breaking out the perimeter of each basement, a floor needs to be installed! Our production crew are able to install concrete floors over the worked upon area.
Perimeter Drainage System
Another section of floor that was concreted by our production team. When the concrete dries it is virtually impossible to tell that we installed the drainage system.
The End of A Job Well Done
The last step to this job was to install this trench drain at the end of this driveway which entered the basement. An excellent job by Martin, Chris, Billy, and Osiel!
