Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Laying a New Concrete Floor & SuperSump Pump - Pine Bush, NY
This homeowner contacted Basement Systems of New York speceifically because their block foundation had several cracks in the floor, which standing water was coming up through. They needed this project completed as quickly as possible because they are trying to sell the home in a timely manner.
In order to remediate the issue they were having we installed our patented WaterGuard system, which was tied into our SuperSump pump. We as well poured a new concrete floor.
In implemeting these three systems we were able to make sure that any and all water that could penetrate their basement would be redirected to our SuperSump pump and out of the basement, as well by pouring a new concrete floor we were able to remove those eye sores of cracks but more importantly keep the basement dry.
Now that we have remediate this problem for them they will be able to sell their home and not have to constantly worry about people backing out due to this issue.
