Before
Before our team arrived water was seeping through the wall and floor which caused a separation in the wall.
WaterGuard and Blue Stone
Our team broke out the concrete from underneath the water heater and installed the WaterGuard System. The WaterGuard captures wall and floor water seepage before it is able to spread. Along with the WaterGuard system, crushed blue stone was installed to help filter the water into the Triple Safe Sump Pump.
Triple Safe Sump Pump
The Triple Safe Sump Pump has one of the most important jobs in the waterproofing system. The Triple Safe Sump Pump is responsible for pumping the water out of the basin to keep out moisture, and keep the basement dry.
Troweling
Martin the foreman on this job did a wonderful job troweling the cement to make the new cement blend into the older cement. Aesthetics!
After
The cement is hand mixed by our crew. The cement is poured against the WaterGuard system. There is a small gap that allows water to run down the wall and then flow into our system to remove the water out of the house into a discharge system.
Fully installed Triple Safe Sump Pump
Our team installed 1/3hp and a 1/2hp pump along with a battery back up system. Each sump pump removes water from the house to keep it dry. The battery back up is used when severe weather causes power outages to occur so your home stays dry when you need it most.
Installation of WaterGuard System
Unlike French Drain Systems that are installed either outside of the the foundation or alongside the footing, our WaterGuard system cannot be clogged by silt or plant roots. This style of Drainage System transports all ground water to the sump pump so that it can be pumped outside into a discharge system.
Clean Out
The Clean Out system is used incase of any sort of clog so that water will be able to flow throughout the system and into the sump pumps.
