Part Of Our Original System
Back when we installed our system we installed a new discharge line along with our IceGuard system.
Part Of Our Original System
Back when we installed our system we installed one of our high powered sump pump systems along with one of our high powered dehumidification systems.
Break Out Time
Before we could start to install our system in the next room and integrate it with the original system we needed to create a trench. Here we can see how our trench looked before it was cleaned out.
Clean Out Time
After creating our trench we cleaned all the debris out.
Close Up Of Our Trench
After cleaning our trench was cleaned out we were able to start preparing it for the installation of our system.
Wide Angle Of Our Trench
After cleaning our trench was cleaned out we were able to start preparing it for the installation of our system.
Laying Material Out
Before installing our perforated pipe in the trench we needed to make sure that we had all of our material together in order to make quick work of the installation process.
Checking For a Properly Pitched Surface
In order for us to install our system we made sure that the perforated pipe we laid was level with the pitch of the basement. We made sure of this by laying a layer of gravel below the piping.
Checking For a Properly Pitched Surface
Once we had installed one part of our perforated pipe we then continued to install our perforated pipe and gravel around the entirety of the basement.
Last Bit Of Piping Installed
Here is the home stretch of laying our perforated pipe.
Cover Up Time
After laying our perforated piping and gravel we then covered them all up and installed our WaterGuard system.
The Last Little Bit
After laying our perforated piping and gravel we then covered them all up and installed our WaterGuard system.
That's A Lot Of Rock
Our piping is now covered and we can proceed to install our WaterGuard.

Getting Ready
Once we fully installed our waterproofing system we then started preparing our concrete to resurface over the trench we created.
Starting Process
Before moving to our contained area to mix we needed to make sure that we had the proper ratio to achieve the concrete we wanted.
Our KitchenAid Mixer
After starting our concrete mixture we moved to a more contained area were we could mix our concrete to our desired consistency and then start to bring it to our work area via buckets.
The Process Begins
Once a batch of concrete had been created we then carried them down the stars and started to empty it into the trench as one of our Specialists evened it out to the proper thickness.
Continuing Down The Line
Once we finished one section of concrete we started moving down the line to fill in the rest of the trench.
Getting Closer To The Finish Line
Our Specialist is almost at the finish line. They are as excited to see how the project came out as the homeowner was.
That's a Wrap
After a hard day of work we are done with this homeowner's project.
