Before 1
Here you can see the wet floor and the old sump basin. When we removed the basin from the ground we realized the basin had no holes in it. In order for a basin to work their must be holes in it for the water to seep in and get evacuated from the basement via sump pump or a gravity system.
Before 2
This is another angle where you can see the dampness on the floor
After
We cut the studs to allow us to put our system in place, we jackhammered the floor and placed our FlowGuard system that transfers water from the ground to the basin to get evacuated out of the home.
WaterGuard
Here you can see the completed WaterGuard system installed in this home. This system sits on the footing and catches the water coming up from under the foundation as well as water seeping through the wall and carries it towards the basin. where it will be evacuated from the home.
After 2
This is another angel of the finished FlowGuard system
SuperSump
Here you can see out patented SuperSump system in place, our crew plumbed the pump so when the basement is re finished it will be hidden and out of the way.
