A local property management company reached out to us, impressed by our reputation and previous projects, to tackle a serious water intrusion issue in their parking garage. Water was seeping into the mechanical room through the cold joint along the front wall, raising concerns about potential structural damage and tenant safety due to excess moisture and humidity. To address this, we devised a comprehensive waterproofing plan. Our team jackhammered around the perimeter of the mechanical room, installed gravel and perforated piping, and connected everything to our TripleSafe sump pump system. We also applied a WaterGuard system along the exterior wall and inside the mechanical room, paired with a drain mat on the walls and floor to ensure all water would be directed into our system. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was the finishing touch, creating a complete moisture shield to prevent future water, mold, and humidity issues.
