Main Girder Center
Here you can see how the main girder looked as it rested on the old pier that we would eventually remove and replace with our patented system
Temporary Support
In order to install our systems we needed to install temporary supports throughout the entirety of the crawl space to make sure that everyone working on the project remained safe.
Supports Underneath The Home
Several years ago the homeowner installed these supports himself on the other side of their home. Because of their strength and how they were installed they did not need to be removed and replaced.
The Main Girder
As you can see the main girder in this home was extremely bowed in multiple positions. To rectify this situation we removed it and replaced it with our patented SmartJack and I-Beam system.
Close Up Of The Main Girder
The main girder while was supported well by the old piers it needed to be removed due to the damage throughout the rest of it.
Very Back Of The Crawl Space
We worked our way from the front of the crawl space to the back of it.
More Temporary Supports
Because of the size of the crawl space and how tall our temporary supports went up we had to create more height with a 2x6 in order to keep everyone safe.
