Template For Pre-Cast Footings
After determining the proper spacing for where our team needed to start digging their holes for our pre-cast footings they created a template for where they needed to work.
Starting On Area One
Once our team set up their lights and completed their templates they started digging down to the proper depth to lay our pre-cast footings for our SmartJack systems
Digging Three Holes
Each of our team members working on their individual holes for our pre-cast footings
Truing Our Holes
Once our holes were dug to the proper depth we then made sure that everything was even and square before laying our pre-cast footings.
Starting To Unload Our Pre-Cast Footings
Once all the demolition work was completed for our pre-cast footings we then started to unload them from the dump truck and lowered them into the crawl space.

Cutting Once
After measuring to the proper length several times we then cut the wood to the proper length and lowered it down into the crawl space.
Releasing Pressure
In order for us to get our wood up into the areas that we needed to in order to sister all the floor joists we lifted the floor strategically with the help of bottle jacks.
Starting To Sister The Floor Joists
Once the floor was lifted just enough we started inserting our new wood to sister the floor joists.
Wood In Place
After getting the wood up and over our new supports we then started to fit them into their proper space.
Snugging The Floor Joists Up
In order to sister the floor joists properly we had to hammer them into place against the old floor joists before lowering the floor back onto our steel i-beam and fully tightening our SmartJacks.
Starting On The Center Of Area Number Two
Once all the other areas were completed we turned our attention to the center part of area number two. We started by installing several SmartJacks with steel I-Beams
