This home was collapsing, the visible signs of this were the foundation blocks were falling out and the floors inside the home were sagging and were bounce. The home had no structural backbone and was in risk of collapsing. In order to solve this problem we Installed new girders and our patented SmartJack suppourt system. After this we jacked the house up and removed their foundation and rebuilt it. After the foundation was built and we installed proper drainage. we lowered the house back down and backfilled.
