Foundation Repair - Foundation Piering Saves This New Construction Home From Collapsing - Wappingers Falls, New York

This new construction home had settled three inches due to the foundation being built on poor soil conditions. The builders made up for the home sinking by framing the home accordingly. The builders did not want us to raise the house which we have the ability to do. They wanted us to stabilize the home and prevent it from sinking anymore. In order to do this we drove high carbon steel piers down to bedrock built the pressure then capped off the system. Good Job Team!
