Test & Clean Your Sump Pump System:

Your pump consists of many moving parts that can wear down or need replacement over time. Your technician will check the sump pump's parts and clean out any sediment or silt.

Test & Replace Batteries:

The battery in your WaterWatch® Sump Pump Alarm should be replaced annually. If applicable, the battery backup for your pump will also be tested to make sure it's holding a proper charge.

Dehumidifier Service:

Our SaniDryTM and BasementAireTM dehumidifiers include two filters that will need to be maintained. The pre-filter can be cleaned, the air filter will need to be replaced, and the parts will be oiled and inspected by your technician.

Check Discharge Lines:

Your service technician will check the discharge lines to make sure water is moving freely through the system. We will also check for any potential freezing issues.

Check For Problems & Suggest Upgrades:

Our service technician can identify signs of newly emerging problems that may not have existed before and they can design custom solutions that will address these issues.

Waterproofing System Maintenance:

Service plan includes:

• Cycle and water test sump pump operations
• Clean sump pump system liner of sediment and silt
• Change the batteries in WaterWatch® Sump Pump Alarm
• Flush and flood test WaterGuard® system as necessary
• Evaluate discharge line for free flow and potential for freezing

Battery Backup Unit Service:

• Inspect the battery components as necessary
• Perform functionality test
• Ensure the battery is holding a proper charge
