The systems that we speifically installed to do this were pouring a new 4" concrete floor, SmartJacks support systems to stabalize the floor joists/beams, Supplemental IBeams, and a TripleSafe sump pump system with a WaterWatch alarm system. By installing these systems we were able to take care of the strutural and water issues that she was having.
