This is quite a change from having a basement that would fill with several inches of water after even moderate rainfalls. I am particularly thankful for the cost effective way you designed my system. As you may recall, when we met at the home show at Marist I had recently received a quote for an internal basement drain that was over four times more expensive than the solution you provided us.
